Janke is a Partner at Gilde Healthcare, a transatlantic healthcare investor. He has led investments in electroceutical company Sapiens (acquired by Medtronic for $200m), digital cancer diagnostics company Definiens (acquired by AstraZeneca for up to $300M) and sleep neurostim therapy company Nyxoah. Janke also cofounded a Silicon Valley start-up, and was Venture General Manager at Philips Healthcare after a consulting career at McKinsey.
