Recognized care process leader expands Lumeon’s commitment to drive rapid value realization of its leading Care Journey Orchestration solutions for health organizations
BOSTON – April 27, 2021 – Lumeon, the care journey orchestration leader, today announced the appointment of Cindy Gaines, MSN, RN, as clinical transformation executive, effective April 19, 2021. This newly created position will expand Lumeon’s commitment to driving impact and success for customers, helping them realize the benefits of efficient care operating models enabled by Lumeon’s care orchestration platform. Cindy will lead Lumeon’s clinical and operational experts team to support digital care transformation efforts across Lumeon’s customer base, driving clinical, financial, and human outcomes.
Recognized by Health Data Management as one of the U.S.’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Health IT, Ms. Gaines brings over 30 years of healthcare experience focused on quality, engagement, and clinical operations across the care continuum. She most recently served as chief nursing officer and clinical transformation leader at Philips NV, supporting customer adoption of advanced population health management solutions and strategies. Before Philips, she served as the chief operating officer and president of administration for Borgess Health in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

She is recognized in the industry for championing physician quality alignment, attaining PCMH designation and CPC+ approval for primary care sites, and managing integration activities for high growth healthcare organizations.
