Over the holiday period, Lumeon places a freeze on all new Implementations; this matches common operational practice for most health systems. Experience has shown that implementing new projects during this time period can be difficult, as key resources at Lumeon and our customers are unavailable.
Over this period, we will continue to support our customers as normal to ensure uninterrupted operation of existing production systems.
